Production process

(1) Flour blending: Preparation of positive active substance and negative active substance ingredients.

(2) Production of positive and negative electrode films: Coating, drying, rolling, and cutting of positive and negative electrode plates to form uniformly sized electrode blocks. Weigh the electrode plates, spot weld the electrode ears, and wrap the electrode ears with insulating cloth.

(3) Winding into the shell: Wrap the positive and negative electrode plates into the battery shell using the cut dlaphragm paper according to the process.

(4) Rolling groove: Fix the battery steps and hold the battery cover cap.

(5) Add electrolyte: Add electrolyte to the positive and negative electrode plates that are inserted into the shell, and circulate the liquid back and forth to ensure that each battery has the same amount of liquid injected and is in full contact.
